Job Description This role will be responsible for: Developing, implementing and supporting high-quality software build systems that involves introducing new techniques and technologies and evolving existing systems, maintaining and enhancing external interfaces to other systems Creating builds of products for use in both testing and production environments Developing build scripts and tools for builds, using most appropriate languages and technologies Integrating automated builds and build artifacts into test environments, unit test harnesses, and code analysis tools Daily tracking and maintaining the project Change Requests, Impact Assessments, Incident Reports and Software Change Notices Maintaining source code change control, performs setups for distribution partners and corporate clients Maintaining project documentation and configuration baselines Ensuring best practices among team members in tool use and quality assurance Job Requirements Familiar with Configuration Management concepts, build framework design and architecture Experience in software development life-cycle (design through delivery and support) Source code administration experience a must Linux experience required including bash-scripting and either Perl or Python Experience with Git, Subversion, Jenkins Familiar with Java Basic network troubleshooting skills (HTTP, TCP) Chef, Puppet, Ansible knowledge is a plus Test automation concepts and frameworks is a plus Cloud solutions and architecture is a plus (AWS, Azure, GC) 3 years of experience in Software Development and/or Configuration Management We will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria.
